If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please call me at 913-744-8475. NO EMAIL. I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy to help with preventing no shows. If cancelled with less than 24 hours notice 50% of your service total may be charged to your account. If you do not show up with no notice your account will be charged 70% of your original service fee. I know your time is just as valuable as mine:) Please keep in mind that "life happens" and I will take this into consideration.
